I'm just checking in because it does help to write in my journal! I'm doing better with the water intake and trying to stay more active, too. Can't wait for it to warm up a bit so I can walk outside. I'm not a cold weather person so I tend to hibernate in the winter months. Trying to ride the exercise bike more to replace walking outside. My goal for the week was to drink at least 7-8 glasses of water per day and I have done that so far. That in itself is an accomplishment for me because I never use to drink much water at all. I was probably dehydrated at times because I just never realized how important it is to drink the water. Also happy to say "It's Friday!" Kayless
202.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good JOB with the water... doesn't have much taste!!! water does help speed up that metabolism! :) Keep it up!

I find it better to journal also. It forces me to think more about changing my habits and builds my resolve. I usually would only drink a glass or two of water a day, the rest of the day I drank Diet Coke. Now, I'm forcing myself to drink more water to kick my metabolism into high gear. Have a great weekend, and keep up the exercise!
