c'mon truth! This month I'm adhering much better, but it's still hard! I am glad I stopped to calculate my intake today just now. I wanted a snack, but I can feel food still in my belly. I calculated & am just under the goal. hopefully I can remain emotionally satisfied at that.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
