Day 2 of getting back on track. This seems to be an on-going struggle. I would love to see this last 10lb of baby weight gone! Plus it would be nice if my jeans fit again. My goal is to eat healthier and not as much, and exercise daily. I am going to try to do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred challenge.
So this is day 2 and I can tell I feel better already- even tho I hate to exercise, it ALWAYS feels good afterwards.
149.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
