This is the first week I been in the 220s for this long. I really really really would like to not see the 230s again. I have worked harder this week than I have a very long time. I have a friend lifting with me now and he wants my experience to help him in the gym. He has actually got me pushing my self harder now working with him. I lost close to 5 pounds this week and finally maintaiining the 220s. Every weekend I give in to my weakness and over indulge in drinking LOTS of alcohol and usually going out to eat at restaurants. I'm going to try my best to behave this weekend. Let's see I got a date, a birthday party at the casino and football on Sunday, I'm gonna be drinking. smh.... If every thing goes my way I will be no more than 226 on Monday. Have great weekend!
