Up 1 lb.... was on vacation from Thursday-Monday. 1 lb gain isn't the end of the world. I usually gain 3 on vacations. Back on track today!
173.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 38.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
