No change in 4 days. Though, I didn't do too well Friday... Pizza at work, and then DH and I went out for dinner. I do have one good thing to focus on, though... According to my scale, by body fat percentage has gone down and my hydration percentage has gone up (it was 44%, now 46%, and I should be closer to 55%). And, my week still registered a loss :-)
