I suppose resetting my goal to 130 isn't a bad idea at this point. I would like to resume exercise, but it will have to wait until I heal from a minor surgery (small hernia repair - I'm fine). The plan is to, hopefully, close my abdominal gap (diastasis recti) and then resume a workout that consists of strength, cardio, and abs in hopes of getting rid of my c-section shelf (it's not possible for all women, let's hope that I'm one of them). I know that I will gain in muscle, which is my intention. Spring is approaching and it will be nice to get back outside. Hard to believe that I was 178lbs only 5 months ago, while in a maintenance phase from Thanksgiving (USA) through Christmas as I ate whatever I wanted in smaller portions (I run a small home baking business and NOTHING will keep me away from holiday cookies!).

A friend of mine also dropped a fair amount of weight and is now in the size I was when I started. She is the lucky recipient of the wardrobe that took me years to build. I do enjoy the gothic/pinup look which can be costly. I did pick up a few items the other day and discovered that, in a few stores, a size small is too big. I had to shop in the Junior department and though I am not fond of dressing like a young person, I have come to terms with it. I do have purple hair, so I will just look like I'm trying too hard.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
