I'm not eating enough food. No appetite at all.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Bradyzmom, which diet are you following and have you been doing it long? Im on the high fat low carb and I have days where I lose my appetite which I thought at first was great, HOWEVER I find the days following a low intake that its harder to stick to the diet....might only be me though - well done with the weight loss so far :)
