Fell off of the wagon for a two week holiday retreat. Back home and back to it. Miraculously, I still managed to lose a little weight. Although I wasn't dieting-perhaps all the food research influenced me to make wiser choices overall. Maybe it was the cross country skiing. Any hoot, I am ready and determined. Happy Yew Near!
