Happy New Year Everyone!!!
Well this 7.6kg gain is the result of the Festive Season indulging with no fast days at all for almost 3 weeks. I was expecting this huge gain because my gut is now probably full of waste and my tummy is full of undigested food. I did eat a huge supper last night.
Today I get back on track :) My weight will drop quickly this week. My goal is to get back to around 100kg before the end of January.
