Soo.. check up had its plusses and minuses. (The "was" is from 9/29 check)
Pros: 120/79 BP (I was 126/85) HDL 55 (I was 44) <-- I'm guessing this is partly from my push ups. I've never been above 45.
Cons: LDL went up 20 points. Yay Christmas. I'm back over 200 total. This is a big no no for me.
I'm overall in good health. The holidays hurt IMO. Time to burn this shit off. Game time.
