Almost 3 pounds down!!! I haven't been very good about entering my food on this site, but I started writing it down in a notebook again. It really does help!

I didn't reach my goal of 170 by today...but 3 pounds in a week is awesome! I didn't eat out AT ALL and I even went to a party and didn't over do it! Combine that with this sudden ability to step away from the chocolate ice cream and huuuge bowls of cereal late at night and I guess this is what happens?

Going to Myrtle Beach this weekend to see my grandparents. They like to eat out and they like to hand out seconds...and thirds...so let's see how this goes!


Three Things I'm Grateful for Today:
1. SNOW DAYS :)
2. Friends who don't pressure you at parties to eat bad stuff
3. HungryGirl!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.4 lb a week

WOOHOOOOOOOO! Go you. Congrats on the loss-pack some low point snacks for the shore. Anddddd tell Grandma to shove it, you don't like her anyway so tell her that you're recovering from the stomach bug and you can only eat a little. That sounds so mean to anyone who hasn't heard the tales of your grandparents lol.

Hhahahahahahaha. It's true. To all my FS friends...I'm not a horrible person, but my grandmother is NOT the typical caring/sweet little old lady. and thanks :)

She's a woman who takes high calorie restaurant and fatty recipes and makes healthier versions of them. her website is hungrygirl.com. DELISH. I have her cookbooks.. some of the stuff is complicated to make but its SO GOOD. You should try it.
