yahoo!!!! nabbed it this week, have been consistant with exercise, and... the biggie,;; have controled the night munching 5 nights outs 7 must keep it up!!
160.3 lb Lost so far: 16.1 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Wow!!! Nice loss, must feel soooo good. Pretty soon the 150"s!! How incredible for you. Way to kill that night eating bug! 5/7 is fantastic. You go girl!

Good job keep up the good work. I agree the night time munches are hard to resist. Try chewing gum I have noticed it helps. Of course if you save some points you can have the 100 calorie snack or the sugar free jello
