Spent almost all Last week sick Didn't really care to eat or workout. I am feeling slightly better today and made it to the 5am class. I am hoping to break 150 at the next weigh in.
I am trying hard to eat more (Healthy) calories... wish me luck
152.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
