168.5, it feels good to see that 6 again. It's encouraging to think that when I first signed onto Fatscret in the beginning of January (before I started the BFC) I weighed 180. Two pounds a week seems slow, but as long as I keep losing. I know that in 5 months I should reach my goal. I have more energy now so it's getting easier to move. I think I'm developing a new way to eat that I'll be able to maintain.
