I have attempted this journey multiple times. In the past I was on the path to tone up however over the last few years I have gained some weight. I hopped on the scale and was SHOCKED to see 158. I decided right there I was going to do this and give it my all this time. I decided the best approach to the journey this time is to tackle it one week at a time. My week 1 goal was to make at least 1 small change everyday.
