Desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok (+) tapa de fideos con guisantes y cebolla.
Comida: Cerdo a la plancha con tomates y guisantes. Pera.
1/2 tarde: sandwich de pavo y queso.
Cena: 2 huevos duros, boniato y calabaza. Manzana.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures griegos 0%
209.0 lb Lost so far: 19.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
