The 22 hr fast saved me from yesterday's crappy decisions at the end of the day. The meals weren't bad, but then I hit up some snack food after dinner. No idea what got over me?? I didn't even log it. Even though I lost, I had also re-upped on my water intake A LOT so I'm guessing some of that is in there too.
Started getting on pushups again. Plan to just do some every morning before my shower. Started at 20 Monday, 25 today, 30 tomorrow, etc etc.
Waist: 33.75" BF: 17.5% --> I re-focused on how I measure this and am trying to be more careful / slow about it. This measurement is more in line with my current physique anyway.
