So I have lost some of my weight I gained, I have been waiting for hunger signals and only eating to satisfaction, truly listening to the messages from my body. I haven't been moving much due to a chest infection, but this will change when I am recovered. I plan to continue eating this way and see what happens, I may lose more or will settle where I am, which I am happy with.
