In all honesty, I cannot say I'm disappointed. Not even a little bit. I may have hit a plateau, BUT I've still managed to keep off those seven pounds that I have initially lost. I see that as a win.
Now I have a new baseline to work off with the same end goal in line. It's all a step in the right direction.
