Thanks all for the support! Especially you two.. (now fight to see who I'm talking about ha) I'm with you on that Phil. I'll help ha. I honestly don't care much about it. I COULD just stop eating and get to my goal 'number' hopefully before I reach the hospital, but I'm not in it for that. Just my version of a daily reminder recently to keep focused on water and healthy eating. There are probably better options....
