darn it. I was hoping to be successful with my intake today. I was close. I'm disappointed that I'm over. I wish I could have some cereal. I may have to pray hard for the strength to overcome the desire to eat cereal tonight.
141.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
