Desayuno: ok.
1/2 mañana: ok
Comida: Filete de pollocon guisantes y tomate. Manzana.
1/2 tarde: 3 Tés verdes, 12 galletitas de almendra y feta de pavo y queso.
Cena: Filete de pollo y tomate. Pomelo.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
