Hey guys! I am back. Work was crazy and I didn't have time to cook much less workout. And I gained almost all my weight back. :( But I am back on. I am staying on phase 2 because it is more realistic for me and right now, that is what I need. I am cutting out alcohol and most carbs but I still have my low sugar oatmeal in the AM and grapes for my midafternoon snack.
Hopefully I can get back down to where I was in 2 weeks. We will see. I will start journaling my calories tomorrow.
