Amazing after yesterday's binge. And binge it really was. Pasta, tomato sauce, creamed cottage cheese (about half a punnet) the remainder of a jumbo bag of plain m n m's, marshmallows, low cal jelly, half a packet of vita weets rice crackers plain with salt, a chicken noodle soup, egg omelet (complete not just whites!) and some toast... Pepsi max.. I'm sure there was more but I've forgotten. I was so full as a goog and sure I'd gain. And to top my day, I figured out I think Liss has blocked me on face book! Well there you go then. Guess I don't have to worry about that superficial cow anymore or her judgemental bitchiness. Whoo!
126.1 lb Lost so far: 91.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
