I have been hovering around 156-157 the past few days, there were reasons to celebrate and reasons to relax, hence the weight gain. I had to look at my goals and remind myself of what I want to achieve. I still have time. And making the progress I just recently made, I have faith. I just need to stick to it, I'm getting lazy.

Next Goal: 150 by Thanksgiving 11/24
158.4 lb Lost so far: 7.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's a slippery slope once you give yourself permission to slack. It sounds like you've recommitted to your goals...good going!
