Desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: café corto y budín (tapa)
Comida: Filete de Pavo a la plancha, tomate y guisantes. Melón
1/2 tarde: té verde, café con leche y rodajas de pavo y queso.
Cena: 3 vinos y 3 tapas de tortilla...
Antes de dormir: 7 beers
208.1 lb Lost so far: 20.1 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
