Comida: Filete de Pechuga de pollo a la plancha, papas y tomate. Manzana roja.
1/2 tarde: Té verde, chocolate, café con leche y feta de pavo y queso.
Cena: Filete de Pechuga de Pollo, guisantes y tomate. Manzana verde.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures griegos 0%.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
