Desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok
Comida: Pollo, guisantes y tomate. Pomelo.
1/2 tarde: Té verde, pan con chocolate y puñado de frutos secos.
Noche: 8 Riojas, tapas varias, gominolas y 6 o 7 birras...
209.9 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.1 lb a week
