Taking large doses of caffeine and vitamins with diet pills the last few days. While holding off on eating for hours. It seem to help keep the muscle mass up while decreasing the fat. Strong side effects like a high feeling at low doses or jittery at high doses. Works well with a 5hr energy shot in place of vitamins. My make you feel sick to the stomach and hungry at the same time. To bring down the side effects drink lots of water and eat some food.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
