1/2 mañana: tapa de callos.
comida: 2 huevos duros, papas y espinacas. Pomelo.
1/2 tarde: chocolate, té verde y palmeritas.
cena: 2 latas de atún, fideos y tomate. Manzana.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures (1 kiwi y otro natural 0%)
208.6 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 6.2 lb a week
