comida: Pavo, con coliflor, calabaza y guisantes. Pomelo.
1/2 tarde: té verde, café con leche y feta de pavo y queso.
cena: Merluza, papas y brócoli al vapor.Manzana.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures 0%.
207.7 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.3 lb a week
