well..It's cold and rainy and possibly snow later on it's a day I dont even want to get out of bed, I'm so tired.. but that's due to the 14 hour work day I had yesterday and having trouble going to sleep after I got home too. Okay done with the complaining.. my weight went up.. but that's okay too it WILL go down again. Gotta find my get up and go today but it will be a good day.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get discouraged. Remember you start ur morning w/ a clean slate. So even if your weight went up a little that's ok, today is a new day.

Stacy shoveling snow really burns up calories. It's probably not too comforting to hear that but it's true. Don't get discouraged yo were probably overtired after that huge day. it's hard to settle down then Take care!!
