desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok
comida: pavo, arroz y alcachofa.
1/2 tarde: 3 tés verdes, chocolate con naranja y 11 palmeritas.
cena: pez espada a la plancha con papas y calabaza al vapor. Pomelo.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures.
212.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
