my fat secret gets tedious & takes time. today, I'm reminded of how entirely imperfect I am. The tedium is actually part of the process which helps me to remember to seek truth. If I can't even stick to a caloric limit, if the shortsighted solution to my problems is simply to eat more than is necessary, have I really died to self? am I really taking up my cross? and yet I still feel God's mercy, so I'm trying to be merciful. honest, but putting things in perspective. The perspective that I am imperfect, though I want to seem perfect, and that others have shortcomings too.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
