Not eating past 6pm
183.0 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1429 kcal Fat: 65.75g | Prot: 81.85g | Carb: 134.07g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Special K Red Berries, Milk (2% Lowfat Without Added Vitamin A and Nonfat Solids), Post Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted. Lunch: Murray Old Fashioned Ginger Snaps Cookies, International Delight Hazelnut Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Perkins Restaurant Ham & Cheese Omelette. Dinner: Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Lemon Juice, Spice Classics Paprika, Perdue Chicken Breast Tenderloins. Snacks/Other: Apple Juice, Peanut Butter, Ginger tea, Spectrum Chia Seeds. more...
