comida: paco, calabaza y papa. Pera.
1/2 tarde: 3 tés verdes. pan con chocolate y 10 palmeritas.
Cena: bonito, guisantes y tomate. Piña.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures de limón.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.6 lb a week
