1/2 mañana: nada
comida: pavo, fideos y cardo con frutos secos. Pera.
1/2 tarde: 2 tés verdes y 10 palmeritas.
cena: merluza, guisantes y tomate. Piña.
antes de dormir. 2 yogures griegos.
212.5 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 36.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 13.9 lb a week
