My first official weigh-in before the new year. This morning, naked (no peeking, not something you want to get a visual of anyway), I weighed in at 250.2 pounds at 32% Body fat. That's 80 pounds of Body Fat. Now I know I can't get to 0% BF, so my long term goal is 8%. That should at least reveal my abs, whatever pack they are currently, hopefully they'll be a six pack by then. So at 8%, with 170 pounds of lean mass, my goal weight should be 183.5 pounds. Give or take a few ounces. That's provided I stay at the same lean mass. This will probably need to adjust over the course of the program. Short term goals are to lose 2 pounds per week. Since I need to lose 67 pounds, it will take me 33-34 weeks to reach my goal. This doesn't take into account any plateau's that I need to get through so my timeline would be by Thanksgiving 2012.
