desayuno: ok
1/2 mañana: ok
comida: bonito a la plancha, arroz blanco y tomate. Paraguayo.
1/2 tarde: 2 tés verde, chocolate, pavo, feta de queso y taza de café con leche.
cena: 2 huevos, papas y espinacas. Ciruelas.
Antes de dormir: 2 yogures
211.6 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.8 lb a week
