So, I woke up this morning and was up half a pound. My first thought.. no log in today. Then, I remembered that this is a place for the good and the bad, and that every day will not be a loss day and that I knew, before I started, this day would come. Have to say I was really loving the losses though! So, entering week two (of phase 1)I will now be weighing in only every other day, to keep my spirits up and the anxiety down! And about Halloween... bring it on!
175.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You did a great job the first week out. You can log in daily, but perhaps you should only COUNT your end of week weight and anything in between is just a check-up. You know that our weight varies on a day to day basis, and actually after one week you can really tell what amount of weight you LOST or GAIHED. As I said, you did very well.

Don't worry about going up a bit, it happens to me almost every other day. It just means you are getting ready for a dramatic loss. ;-) Keep up the good work Bikinihopeful!

I find that when times are tough, that is a gerat time to log in. On day 4 of phase 1, i had about 25 peanut butter sandwiches and went straight to my computer...i had to tell someone and not knowing any of yall makes it so much easier to spill the beans. Anyway, 4 pounds in one week is awesome. you definitely are doing something right....congrats.
