comida: pavo, guisantes y tomate. Pomelo. Pan con chocolate
1/2 tarde: 2 tés verdes. 10 palmeritas.
NOCHE: 10 beers y pizza en tapa, quesos (6 triángulos y 4 de salamín)
206.6 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 20.1 lb a week
