I felt guilty sleeping so much, but I feel wonderful after having slept. I needed the sleep & I feel like I got a lot done despite the sleep, with a clearer head & happy heart, actually seeing things differently. I was discouraged this morning, but I prayed, dismally & slept & I came back very happy.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
