I'm having Indian for dinner tonight. Cheese naans are my fav... I really want 2 of them but I really probably shouldn't even be having 1. =( I am wondering, does it make a difference if I spread my calories out over several meals rather than 1? Because I haven't had lunch and still have 1600 calories I can use up. That means I could have 2 cheese naans. >.> But NO I'll just have 1. QQ

So apparently we didn't have Indian tonight, we had... greek sweets instead. Awesome. He knows I can't stop myself from eating them if they're right infront of me! The custard ones aren't as sweet as greek sweets usually are so I ate 2 of them and a piece of semolina cake. =(

Hi Lilu, I saw your goal to lose 20kg by November. My take on that is that is not too ambitious. I too set a target to lose 20kg in 8 weeks. However I can tell you it has not been easy. I have a personal trainer 5 days a week, I stopped budgeting on food and I only buy the best of what I can. I do not eat processed foods only Protein shakes and BCAA supplements and multi-vitamin. So my advice is this, plan your life to avoid stress and make sure you eat at least 4 times a day. Also make sure that you always have good food you can eat or snack on. If you need help on what to eat I can try to help. P.S leave Indian alone it takes too much away from your calorie wallet. I too could not resist it. All the best

Good Luck Eightpac, sounds like you're on a roll and determined! What kind of protein shakes are you having? I was having green smoothies for breakfast and lunch during the warmer months. It was filling and I felt really good too so looking forward to saying goodbye to this cold, windy, rainy weather so I can start having smoothies again. I don't mind giving the 4 meal thing a try, maybe I include a bean salad as a 4th meal. I'm open to any suggestions and advice. =)
