1/2 mañana: ok
comida: huevos, papas y espinaca. Piña.
1/2 tarde: 3 tés verdes. 1 medina y 15 bizcochos con almendra.
cena: atún, arroz y tomates.
antes de dormir: 2 yogures
209.7 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
