So, my kids are eating pizza....I'm not! Today was my first phase one day that I began to feel some cravings... and the weight loss has begun to level out so I know I'll have to keep an eye on the motivation and positivity. Did have an amazing moment... went to the gym for the first time in a while (did yoga) and weighed in on the scale there. It bounced around between 170 and 171... I think I like that scale better! Maybe I'll save it for those hard days.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week

Youre doing great! I'm day 10 and today I too was feeling like I wanted a little more. I made some baked eggplant chips and they were incredible! I submitted the recipe here. It felt like I was cheating but I wasnt. You are doing so great, just keep it up, it will pay off! Its really awesome that youre going to the gym too. WOW! Yay for you!
