It's a relief to be back to the weight I was at, though I'm not sure if it will last. I need to remember the truth. This is like a compass for me. I got some extra exercise, and some of it is unique & possible strength building. Truth truth truth.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
