Incredible how just a week of "normal" eating brings good news! Down a bit, that is the way I want it to go.
Still on jogging break, still hurting. I have an appointment with a specialist in 2 weeks, I hope that a little walking and some stretching will help me in the meanwhile.
Without tobacco for almost 48 hours, things are going well and my wife is quitting at the same time so we'll be careful not to step on each other's toes, but doing it together will surely be a tremendous motivation (plus the trip south that will be our reward in a few months :o).
