keep going do not stop, trick your body, start you routine backwards, if you do lunges first then sit ups last do your sit ups first etc.

The closer you get to goal, the slower the loss! But don't give up, stay with what has been working and you will get there! As Zak says, you may want to do something to trick your body into thinking there is something new going on. Good luck!!
