Today, I feel much better than I have in days. I am down that half lb.. even if I may gain and lose it and gain and lose it again, I am SO happy to see that I'm on the brink.. it's so exciting! I once again have my high energy and I'm glad to actually feel like working out again. The Wii is really just amazing.. I do some Wii Fit Plus for 30 mins.. do some dancing with the radio or Just Dance.. then I normally bust out the guitar or drums for some Rock Band.. I never used to have the energy for all this. Hooray!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
